1. PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN (PPD) NO. 10-78 – A request to construct 152 affordable senior housing units in two, three-story buildings, and related amenities and on-site and off-site improvements. The 5.5-acre project site is located on the west side of Poplar Street in the Multiple-Family Residence (R-3) zone. (STAFF REPORT)
