The City of Loma Linda has developed and adopted certain City codes that assist residents in keeping our neighborhoods safer and aesthetically pleasing.
If you observe any of the following conditions, the Code Enforcement Officer can provide assistance:
- Broken and discarded furniture, trash, and debris stored in public view
- Household appliances and building materials stored in public view
- Unmaintained or overgrown yards
- Inoperable or abandoned vehicles and auto parts stored in public view
- Vehicles parked on lawn areas
- Trash cans placed in public view on non-trash collection days
- Graffiti observed on private property
- Stagnant, unkept swimming pools

All information must be completely filled out. Anonymous complaints will not be processed.
Pursuant to state law and City policy, Complainant’s identity is not subject to the California Public Records Act or the Federal Freedom of Information Act and is therefore not revealed. However, a Court order may lead to the divulging of the Complainant’s name.
