PUBLIC NOTICE: A request for a Development Code Amendment to allow Wholesale Landscape Nursery as a conditionally permitted use within the High-Density Residential (R-3) Zone on a 4.2-acre site at 26660 Citrus Avenue. The existing residence and garage will remain unchanged.
Code Amendment: Council Bill No. O-2024-08 - An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Loma Linda amending in part, Title 17 (Zoning), Chapter 17.32 (Residential Zones) of the Loma Linda Municipal Code to allow “Landscape Nurseries – Retail or Wholesale” in Table 2-1, with a note restricting the use to FEMA-designated flood hazard areas, subject to Chapter 19.12: Flood Control Measures.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION :

The City of Loma Linda intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Pediatric Medical Office Building project at the southeast corner of Barton Rd and Anderson St. 
Public Review Period for the MND: December 10, 2024 – January 8, 2025 (30-day review period).
