The Economic Development Division is comprised of the planning staff. They are responsible for proposed development projects that help Loma Linda sustain growth and development. In addition, they help business owners navigate the business creation process by providing assistance with business needs such as starting or expanding a business, modifying an exterior facade, or connecting with other city services or organizations.

The City of Loma Linda requires all persons who conduct any business within our city boundaries to obtain a Business License whether not not the physical address of the business is in or outside the City limits. If you're moving into an existing site, you will likely need zoning clearance (Land Use Permit or something similar).
